Introduction to WEBppliance
Your Web hosting services are provided by a product called WEBppliance™. WEBppliance is a software application designed to automate the deployment and management of Web-hosting services. WEBppliance is typically installed on servers maintained by service providers; it is the powerhouse that enables you to manage your site account. You interface with WEBppliance through the Site Administrator control panel.
As the owner of the site, you are called the Site Administrator. Through the Site Administrator control panel, you can
Manage the user accounts for your site
Set up protected directories on the Web server
Set up your domain email and FTP features
Work with the directories and files on your site
View traffic reports about your site

To begin managing your site level tasks, log on to WEBppliance as the Site Administrator. For more information about WEBppliance and available services, contact your Web hosting provider.
WEBppliance also includes another level of administration that is designed for someone who is a mail user of your domain and is assigned a user account.
The user account holder is called the User Administrator.
User Administrators can:
Maintain their account contact information
Set up their email services
Access their email messages over the Internet
To begin managing user level tasks, a user account holder needs to log on to WEBppliance as the User Administrator.
